Elizabeth Clenci wins National Costume Award on March 29, 2011 at the Binibining Pilipinas 2011 primer held at Republiq in Resorts World, Pasay City

Here is the winning national costume awarded last night at the Binibining Pilipinas 2011 primer held at Republiq in Resorts World, Pasay City.

It was won by Candidate #2 Elizabeth Clenci.

It will be the Philippines' official national costume for Miss Universe® 2011.
