Monifa Jansen was born and raised in Curacao. Currently, she is in the last year of VWO and after graduation, she would like to enroll at the University of Maastricht in Europe to study International Law. Her dream is to become a succesfull Businesswoman.




Monifa calls herself as a very energetic young woman, with a lot of ambitions. She has practiced different kinds of sport during the childhood. Track and field, volley ball, swimming and also body shape are a few of them.

Being a beautiful young lady with allot of self confidence, motivation and courage she is confident that she can represent her country in the Miss Universe 2011 Pageant.
